HESI - Transition Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Pre-Admission Test

This HESI Exam is for the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Transition program at SC4. You are allowed two attempts to take the exam. This exam is the first attempt, there are other dates for the retake (2nd attempt) in the TRANSITIONAL HESI RETAKE button. You can only register once under this section.
